Returns
Returns must be initiated within seven (7) days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and labels intact.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at enquiries@valueaddedlife.com to request a return authorization. Once authorized, securely repackage the item in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and send it to:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
Refunds
Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund. Please allow up to fourteen (14) days for processing. Refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card issuer. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
